La serata aveva una luna così chiara da quasi veder sprecate le lanterne della taverna, un bianco pallore che invitava a bere sakè, ascoltare le cicale e le voci distanti del villaggio.
Il gruppo di chunin guardava di sbieco il jonin nell'angolo del locale,intento a mangiare in completa solitudine il suo piatto.Tonno al miso.
Non c'era bisogno di vederlo o di sentirlo ordinare per saperlo dato che ordinava ogni sera lo stesso piatto , allo stesso tavolo ,ogni sera se si trovava a Konoha dopo aver consumato la cena in famiglia.Veniva qui perchè sua madre,secondo lui, lo condiva troppo .
